Fluororesin
This fluororesin has many hydroxyls. In certain temperature, it can solidify by self-crosslinking to become a transparent film with low surface tension, which is demoulding, highly water-proof(water-proof angle 110°), highly oil-proof, antifouling and non-adhesive. It can be widely used as lubricant, fiber-treatment agent, release agent, water-proof and oil-proof agent, antifouling coating agent, non-adhesive coating agent, optical coating agent, sealing agent and leather additives, etc.
Appearance: clear, brown liquid
Solid content: 40±1%
Density: 1.1~1.15 g/cm3
Solubility: soluble in acetate ester, slightly soluble in benzene , ketone, glycol ether and DMF
Insolubility: water and ethanol
Solidify condition: 160°C, 0.5 hour
Application:
● Can solidify by self-crosslinking on aluminum, glass and cast iron, etc.;
● Can be used in paints which are weathering durable, antifouling or salt fog resistant; recommended prior to use AC-70 pretreatment or treatment with sodium lek.
● Can be coated in optical fiber to achieve high transparency, anti-interference, high insulation and maintain high fidelity after transportation.
